The recruitment phase At this stage an employer could contact local EE team to promote/support the recruitment for the vacancy. 3. The decision to hire Completes part B of the JP1 form given to them by the successful candidate, signs the declaration and returns it to the Department. 4.Payment Main Payments heading will / issue Presentation monthly in title arrears by EFT. Payment will be paid monthly up to a maximum of 24 month period.
