AGREEMENT FOR THE PARTICIPANTS 1. KIIT Nanhipari 2018 shall be conducted on Last week of December 2018 in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. 2. The competition is open to girls of Indian Origin between the age group of 13-16 years (i.e., They must have attained the age of 13 and must not be older than 16 as on the date of Audition) 3. The applicant must be a permanent resident of India and must be a natural born girl. 4. Only girls of good health and moral character can participate. 5. The applicant must not have won KIIT Nanhipari's title (KIIT NANHIPARI, 1st Runner-up, 2nd Runner- up) previously. 6. The applicant must have a minimum height of 5 feet. 7. Participants need to carry a printout of the filled in Application/ Entry Form downloaded from the website (www.kiitnanhipari.in) along with the other required documents at the time of registration. 8. It is compulsory to attach birth certificate as the proof of age. 9. Incorrect information will result in disqualification, whether discovered prior to or during or after participation. 10. The organisers cannot and will not return the documents or photographs of the participants. 11. Participants can have Spot Registration also. 12. The organisers are not responsible for any loss or physical injury that occurs to the applicant on account of their participation in the event. The applicant will participate at her own risk and can have no claim against KIIT NANHIPARI in any regard. The Organizers shall not be responsible for any damage, loss or any form of physical or mental harm or injury caused to the Participant/guardian. 13. The organisers are not responsible for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused during travel to and from the Audition venues, being selected to or disqualified from continuing in the auditioning process. 14. The registration does not guarantee the selection or participation of the Applicant in the Audition and such selection shall be as per the sole discretion of Organizer, availability of time and venue. The Applicant/Guardian shall not raise and waives any right to question the selection process, non selection of the applicant and/or the selection of any other applicant. 15. The applicant agrees to abide by all rules and regulations which may be changed from time to time by the organizers and she shall have no objection to the same whatsoever. 16. KIIT NANHIPARI reserves the rights to change, delete, or add to any rules, regulations, or policies at any time deemed necessary. 17. The applicant should not have any cases (criminal or civil) registered against her. 18. Semi-finalists will be selected from all over the country through regional Rounds. 19. The results of the regional auditions will be declared only after the completion of all regional rounds, the winner will be informed through mail in this regard. 20. The regional round expenses (Travel & Stay) will have to be borne by the participant. 21. The Finale Round expenses for the one authorised guardian/parent and Participants will be borne by the organisation. It includes (To & Fro travel fare by 3-tier AC, boarding, fooding &
internal transportation). Participants will reach (From Air Port or Railway Station) at Venue by their own arrangement. Additional person will be charged against a payment Rs.5000/- per head (for boarding, fooding & internal transportation). No charges below age of 10 years (Bring proof of Birth Certificate) 22. Venue will be closed, the day after the event gets over. 23. Common accommodation shall be provided for all participants & their guardian; request for special accommodation shall not be entertained. It is compulsory for all participants to stay in the accommodation provided by organisers. However, there shall be separate accommodation for Ladies and Gents. 24. The Organisers are not responsible for any delays or non-receipt of applications on any account and for any reason whatsoever. 25. The participant will have to participate in a disciplined and diligent manner throughout the programme as per the schedule given or any change made at any time. They should participate in all rehearsals & training programme. Participants will be marked on camp discipline which will add to the performance in different rounds. 26. Participants can use English, Hindi as the language of communication during the events. 27. Participant must possess overall talent, but not limited to i.e. Dancing, Singing, Acting, Perform ant talent they possess. The performance needs to be explained in detail and demonstrated at the auditions. 28. All materials related to the talent round should be brought by the participant. Pendrive or CD/DVD is allowed for music play. Pendrive & CD/DVD player shall be provided by the organising committee. 29. Various types of competitions will be conducted covering various aspects of the participant s personality. 30. The organisers are not responsible for the gift hampers promised by the sponsors. 31. Only the participants will be allowed inside the restricted areas, no accompanying person will be entertained. 32. No parents/relatives/friends of the participants will be allowed inside the restricted areas. Any such activity if noticed, the participant will be disqualified 33. Acts of violence and intimidation against Organizers, judges or competitors will not be tolerated on or off the premises at any time during the event. 34. Harassment of judges or officials by contestants or associates of a contestants may result in the disqualification of the contestant. 35. The decision of the judges is final in all cases. Consultations with judges will not be available. 36. In the event of any dispute, the organisers decisions are final and binding on the applicant. 37. The organisers are not responsible for non-completion / cancellation of any event. 38. There is no provision for makeup by the organisers. 39. Dates and locations are subject to change. 40. The schedule of events and qualification rounds are subject to change at the discretion of the organisers. 41. The participant(s) agrees, confirms and warrants that he/she shall have no right, title, interest or other claim whatsoever over his performance/work/photos submitted or created during the audition and the copyright in the same shall be vested with the Organizer in perpetuity for the entire world. 42. Organizer will hold the right to use photographs, cut outs, information pertaining to the Artist, shoot reality bytes from/related to participant(s), his/her friends and family members, personal photographs and other available information 43. The Court of Bhubaneswar has the jurisdiction over all disputes.
RULES & REGULATIONS Regional Round 1. The participants have to report at the venue 1 hour before for the registration process. 2. The participants have to carry the printout of their application form along with attested documents of their certificates 3. Each participant must be accompanied by one authorised guardian/parent during regional rounds. 4. Regional Selection Process will have Self Introduction, Talent Round & Question Round (Stage Personality, Presentation & Impact) 5. The participants can choose their own attire which will be same for all rounds. 6. For Talent round, the participants need to show their talent such as dancing, singing, playing instruments, poetry etc. 7. For singing and dancing they need to bring their own tracks which has to be submitted at the time of registration. 8. The results of the regional auditions will be declared only after the completion of all regional rounds, the winner will be informed through mail in this regard. 9. The registration does not guarantee the selection or participation of the Applicant in the Audition and such selection shall be as per the sole discretion of Organizer, availability of time and venue. Finalists selected from Regional Rounds will be called for final rounds to be held on last week of December, 2018 in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. 2. There will be 6 rounds for Finale Process 1. General Knowledge Test (Written) 2. Self Introduction 3. Talent 4. Sports 5. Ramp Walk (three rounds) Ethnic round (traditional) Casual Wear Round White Fairy Dress Round 6. Face the Jury 3. Participant has to carry dress strictly as per the above rounds. 4. Various types of competitions will be conducted during these two days for different sub-contests. 5. The MISS Rapunzel, Miss Photogenic, Miss fashion, MISS Catwalk, MISS Monalisa will be selected from the ramp walk round. 6. Miss Active will be chosen from the sports round and MISS Whizkid to be selected from GK Round. 7. Proper grooming/training sessions and workshops will be conducted for the participants.
8. For competitions related to sports, participants need to carry their tights, t-shirt and sport shoes. 9. There is no provision for makeup by the organisers. 10. Sub-contest winners out of selected contestants for the final round will be declared on the finale day. 11. The organiser will not be responsible for any delay in arriving at the registration spot during (date to be declared) last week of December 2018 for finale and her participation will be treated as cancelled /causing you to arrive late or miss your event/ the event has already started for any reason. The Organizer reserves the right to reject your participation / If you miss one of the events your performance/participation will not be taken into consideration for result, if you wish you can only take part in rest of the events 12. Any disagreement regarding the proper conduct of event shall not be tolerated as the process is being monitored by expert committee with prior approval by the organisers. The Decision regarding result is final and under no circumstances should be changed. Any doubts regarding the finale result can be clarified after the event. 30. The Organisers are not responsible for non-completion / cancellation of any event. 31. There is no provision for makeup by the organisers. 32. Dates and locations are subject to change. 33. The schedule of events and qualification rounds are subject to change at the discretion of the organisers. 34. In the event of any dispute, the Organisers decisions are final and binding on the applicant. 35. The Court of Bhubaneswar has the jurisdiction over all disputes. Fitness certificate may be obtained from a local physician / family doctor stating that the applicant is physically and mentally fit. 5. School I-card. 6. Conduct Certificate from School Authorities. 7. Self Attested copies of all the certificates. 8. Participants need to carry printout of the filled in Application Form downloaded from the website.
