GENERAL COMMENTS GUIDEBOOK FOR MEETING The GuideBook App for the Governing Board created by members of ITCom and CommCom is now live and available for download. 6 MTH TRIAL MEMBERS Tracing the trial members that have joined since the program started provides the following information: Joined (June 2010 to January 2016) 18344 Non Renewals after: 1 st Billing 13643 2 nd Billing 1757 3 rd Billing 665 4 th Billing 319 5 th Billing 151 6 th Billing 31 Still Member 1772 The January date is used as that is the last date that we have had the first renewal period. We have not yet reached the first renewal period for real 18 month members although some of the squadrons used to manually charge the 18 for 12 month option using the 6 month trial system.

PAID MEMBER INTERNET MEMBERSHIP TRACKING: Paid Members Sept 2009 3473 Non-Renewal 2121 61% Current Internet Member 636 18% (47%) Current Other Squadron 716 21% (53%) We are currently reworking the graphical analysis normally presented in this report to more accurately reflect the true position of the paid internet members as opposed to those who were given a 6 month trial membership by virtue of purchasing the ABC3 online course. This practice ceased in January.
