Time to move? Outgoing Scouts Need an accurate listing of all awards, ranks, and recognitions for their New Unit /Council. It is the responsibility of the losing" unit to give it to the Scout's adult family member. Use the BSA "Transfer Form" as a Transfer of Record not Registration. Official Advancement Records are maintained at Council. To be recorded, ANY AND ALL must be submitted by the Unit leader AND NO ONE ELSE. Units are to submit advancements and recognitions on a Unit Advancement Report immediately after activity completion. Do not wait for the recognition presentation. A report should be submitted at least monthly, even if only one Scout is listed.
