Make sure to thoroughly scrub for at least 15 seconds. If you don t have soap & water nearby, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer. Cover coughs & sneezes. To prevent contaminating the air, always cover your mouth when you cough or sneeze. For best results, cough or sneeze into a tissue or the crook of your elbow to protect your hands from germs. Stay home. Flu easily spreads in large groups. Although it isn t a guaranteed way to escape the flu, you can reduce your risk of contracting it if you avoid crowds during the peak flu season. Transport Driver CLAUDIA CARNEY is available Monday Friday. You must call her at (586) 383-0515 to set up your appt. time.
