Spring Trip Email Trip Form and Medical Form due by April 12 Trip Form for all students attending the trip: Please download the trip form. Be sure to review and complete all three pages. This form must be received in the band box by April 12. Medical Form for all students attending the trip who have had a change in medical information: If your student has had a change to medical information since the form completed last August, please download and complete this form. Not sure if the information changed? Please submit a new form. The updated form is due by April 12. If you have medical concerns about your child, please feel free to contact Chaperone Chairs, Tim & Janet Harris. Trip Guidelines: Download and read the Trip Guidelines for all information you need for the trip. If you are unable to print forms, forms are also available in the band room. Band Spiritwear Sales Deadline Extended! If you missed the order deadline, it s not too late to get Spiritwear in time for the Spring Trip and Mini- Band Camp! Order items by tomorrow, Tuesday, April 10. Better yet, place your order and make payment tonight! Make checks payable to PRBB. Be sure your payment is in the band box by April 10. Treasurer s Report Bank Account Balance $ 66,357 as of March 31, 2018. Band share is $ 57,608 Dance Team share is $ 8,749 Most of the final March 2018 trip contributions have been received. The Board is chasing down 3 payments totaling $ 480. All payments have been forwarded to EMA, along with $ 26,385 payment from PRBB. Approximately $640 is still owed to EMA from PRBB. Projected expenses for remainder of school year are $35,621, including $22,000 for new band trailer. Cash should be approx. $30,736 by year end. This does not include FY 18-19 revenues collected before 7/1/18.

2018-2019 PRBB Board Installation President Lisa Gaffey Vice President Noel Goldberg Treasurer Beth Farbacher Secretary Lori Jones New board members were elected at the regular March 5 meeting. Per the bylaws, elected officers are installed at the regular April meeting, which is tonight. Welcome new board members and thanks for stepping up to serve! New officers will work with outgoing officers for smooth transition of duties by May 1. Thanks to the retiring and graduating outgoing board members for all of their hard work and dedication to the band!

Class of 2018 PRBB Scholarships Class of 2018 PRBB Scholarship details and applications were available on the PR band website. Completed applications were due no later than Wednesday, April 4, 2018. The Class of 2018 PRBB Scholarships will be awarded at the PRHS Spring Band Concert on May 7, 2018.
