Seniors have a College Visit day. NEW INFORMATION ROBOTICS CLUB will be meeting on Thursday, October 20 th in Room A25 after school. COMMUNITY SERVICE OPPORTUNITY: The 35 th Annual JANE RYAN PUMPKIN FAIR on Saturday, October 22 nd. Volunteer Sign Ups are now open with lots of fun places to help out & three shifts to choose from for adults and TEENS looking for community service hours. PUMPKIN CLASSIC ROAD RACE: Students who have signed up to volunteer or wish to help at the Great Pumpkin Classic should see Ms. Lobdell in the A House Counseling Office. We need lots of student volunteers to make this event a success. The Great Pumpkin Classic is this Sunday, October 22 nd. FYI NEW T-SHIRTS: For the month of October the school store will be selling pink Fight like an Eagle shirts with proceeds going towards breast cancer research and awareness. Come support this worthy cause and also your school by purchasing a T-Shirt and wear it to the PINK OUT game! T-Shirts are $12.00 available at the school store! FALL SPIRIT WEEK: Student Council is happy to announce our Fall Spirit Week coming in 2 weeks. FACULTY - Same Although we encourage all faculty members to participate, if you feel it may be a distraction then by all means do what you feel is best for you and your students. Thank you for your participation and making this a very fun week! Student Council FRESHMEN: The Trumbull High School Underage Drinking and Drug Forum will take place on Wednesday, November 2 nd at 7:00 PM for all 9th grade students and their parents/guardians. Participation in this forum fulfills a requirement of the health curriculum. 9 th graders if you have not returned your registration form to your homeroom teacher please do so by Friday, October 14. Forms are available on the THS website and in all of the house offices. ATHLETICS WRESTLING: Anyone interested in wrestling this year should see Coach Anderson in the Gymnasium. BOYS BASKETBALL: Boys interested in playing basketball this year should see Coach Bray in the Gymnasium. GIRLS BASKETBALL: Our Girls Basketball meeting is going to be held on Thursday, October 20 th in the Senior Lounge at 2:45. This is just a brief informational meeting. CLUBS There will be a RED CROSS CLUB meeting on Thursday, October 20 th after school in Room B1. New and returning members are encouraged to attend.

ITALIAN CLUB will be playing Bocce Thursday, October 21 st after school until 3:15. Any World Language Club Member may sign up to play in Room C4. Come join us. CREATIVE MINDS: Mark your calendar for the Creative Minds Halloween Party on Wednesday, October 26 th, after school in B3. New and existing members welcome. There will be food, crafts, and other Halloween activities. We will also discuss our first fundraiser paint night! See you there! SENIORS SENIORS Graduation Cap and Gown order forms are now available in each house office and on the THS website under the graduation tab. The price to purchase your cap and gown is $40. Orders are due by Thursday, December 1 st. Get your orders in now! COMMUNITY SERVICE **Community Service is required from each student every year! Pick up and return signed forms in your Counseling Office** VOLUNTEERS WANTED: Booth Hill School needs volunteers for our Halloween Trunk or Treat Event Friday, October 21 st from 6-8!
