ABOUT the Host Property Resorts Casino Hotel, a Mohegan Sun Property, boasts a prime location spanning 11 acres at the northern end of the famed Atlantic City Boardwalk, with 310 feet of Boardwalk frontage overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. There are 942 guest rooms and suites in two hotel towers, an 83,016 square-foot casino, two theaters, six restaurants along with Quickbites Food Court with five eateries, two VIP player lounges, a casino bar, indoor-outdoor swimming pool, health club and spa, salon, and retail shops. Resorts offers superior quality accommodations at half the price of Philadelphia, Baltimore, Washington, DC or New York City. In August of 2015, Resorts unveiled the Resorts Conference Center. This new, multi-faceted convention and event space adds an additional 12,000 square feet of meeting space and 12 more conference rooms. The showpiece of the Resorts Conference Center is the Atlantic Ballroom, a 6,500 square foot function room with a multi-use pre-function area. The new conference center brings the total offerings at Resorts to 24 meeting and function rooms with more than 64,000 square feet of usable space. Fourteen of those meeting rooms feature natural light and ocean views. Eleven breakout rooms keep productivity high with built-in 90" LED monitors, drop-down screens and LCDs. 2017 MASAE Hosted Buyer Connection Program Dear Associate Members: MASAE is pleased to announce our first ever Hosted Buyer Connection Program for the 2017 MASAE Annual Conference. From our research and surveys over the last few years, we ve discovered we need better ways to connect qualified professional members and decision makers to our Associate Members. We appreciate all your support and want to let you know your feedback has been heard. This is the first step in bringing MASAE to the next level as the Marketplace for our Membership. As a Supplier (Associate Member) in the Hosted Buyer Connection Program we are looking for your company to take an active role in the program. We have a two-part process set up to generate participation from Buyers (Professional Members and potential Professional Members): 1) Buyers apply to be paired with suppliers for which they have an RFP, quote, strategy or idea to present. 2) Suppliers send applications to potential buyers they would like to invite to sponsor. Membership in MASAE is not required. Since we know the year is coming to a close, we are keeping the cost to a minimum. The price to host a buyer is $300, which includes registration to attend the conference, conference-sponsored meals and a one-night stay at the conference hotel, Resorts. In return Buyers are asked to participate in the following events with Suppliers. Wednesday night reception (attendance required: one hour) Thursday Lunch (attendance required; one hour) Appointment during one of four breakouts to meet with Suppliers to which he/she is assigned. **There is potential to host 4-12 suppliers during the conference. To begin the process appropriately, we want to understand Associate Members level of interest. Within this document is a Supplier application that we ask you to fill out and return to us by September 30 th. In the application please indicate how many buyers you are willing to host. Also, list the buyers you would like to invite so MASAE can match you with your selected buyers. The Buyers Application is attached separately which you may send to your potential clients.
