Resultados de la 2a ronda del Delphi de Políticas TIC para el año 2010 Resultados da 2a rodada do Delphi de Políticas TIC para o ano 2010 Results of 2nd round of the ICT Policy Delphi for the year 2010 Latin America and the Caribbean Ranking by areas of impact In cooperation with: In the first round, 155 experts evaluated the 30 goals of the Plan of Action elac2007 and made suggestions for additional topics. In the public deliberation process of the second round, 501 experts evaluated the social, economic and political impact of those new goals and the already existing ones in a Likert scale from 1 to 7.

The following table presents the ranking of the 47 goals for combined areas of impact; therefore the mean is the sum of all combined areas of impact divided by the number of them.
