general information CPEG 2013 Scientific Meeting Learning Objective Registration Tuition Fees Refund and Cancellation Policy Location The overall learning objective of this meeting is to present current state of knowledge of topics in pediatric endocrinology and diabetes. Refunds will be made (less a $50 processing fee) if written notice of withdrawal is received by December 21, 2012. No refunds will be granted for withdrawal after that date. CPEG delegates receive a special single/double occupancy rate of $115.00/night + applicable taxes (Delta Room), $135.00/night + applicable taxes (Deluxe Room), $165.00/night + applicable taxes (Mode Club Room), and $275.00/night + applicable taxes (Suite). Each extra person sharing a room will be charged an additional $20.00 (must be same as individual reservation charge) per night. You may submit your name for pairing by the meeting organizers, or you may submit as a pair of roommates for a hotel room (one form per pair). Please use section 3 below if you prefer a single-occupancy hotel room (if so, you will be charged for one night upon arrival and will receive one night complimentary i.e. 50% support). Incidental expenses (e.g. phone calls, room service, etc.) are your responsibility. You must register for the meeting before or at the same time as applying for free accommodation.
