Registration Information & Test Cities How to Register for FIITJEE s Admission Test How to Register & Test Cities Online Registration Log on to our online registration portal www.fiitjeeonline.in and create an account for yourself using your e-mail ID as user name and set your preferred password. Update your profile info such as your Name, Class and School you are studying in, Contact details and details about your parents etc. as the next step. You are now ready for an online registration. Following payment options are available on the website. 1. Online payment using a Credit / Debit Card (Master / Visa) - Your Hall Ticket will be generated immediately after successful payment. Please take two printouts of your Hall Ticket and paste your recent colour photograph on both the copies. Submit one copy of your Hall Ticket to the Examination Controller during the Exam and get the second copy validated & keep it for your records. 2. Cash / DD / Pay Order deposit at a FIITJEE Centre You have to take a printout of your Online Application (e-application) and submit it in person / send by post or courier to your nearest FIITJEE Centre alongwith Exam Fee. If you are submitting it in person at FIITJEE Centre, your Hall Ticket will be issued on the spot by the FIITJEE Centre. If you are sending printout of your Online Application alongwith Demand Draft / Pay Order for Exam Fee by post / courier, your Hall Ticket will be e-mailed to your e-mail ID given by you during online registration. In case a student is eligible for / awarded more than one scholarship under different criterion, he can avail the scholarship amount whichever is higher but already availed scholarship amount will be deducted from the same. The benefit of higher scholarship (excluding cash scholarship awarded through Talent Reward Exam etc.) will be given only from the date of such award on the balance proportionate fee i.e. {gross fee at the time of enrolment - (initial scholarship amount availed + cost of services availed till the month of such award)}. The amount will be refunded after the realisation of payment of the last installment of Program Fee. e 2 : The mentioned scholarships on the basis of NTSE / JSTSE / SSTSE / MTSE / KVPY / Olympiads are applicable only for those students qualifying in the general category only. e 3 : The photocopy of the original certificate / marksheet of NTSE / JSTSE / SSTSE / MTSE / KVPY / Olympiads and X / XII Board should be attested by the Principal of the school last attended / presently studying. e 4 : Student claiming scholarship under Xth / XII th board performance need to deposit the photocopy of the original marksheet attested by the School Principal latest by 15th September, 2013, after which no application will be entertained. Candidates will be eligible under this criteria after submission of affidavit (format can be collected from your nearest FIITJEE Centre or downloaded from www.fiitjee.com) with proof of study of present FIITJEEian or earlier child (ex-students of FIITJEE) & photocopy of Birth certificates of both children (original copy of birth certificates of both children to be presented for verification at the time of enrolment). Terms & Conditions 1. For Physically Disabled: The benefit will be given to those candidates having at least 40% permanent physical disability in relation to a body part / system / extremity / extremities / whole body etc. for any category of disability (viz., Locomotor, visual, speech, and/or hearing). The student has to submit an attested photocopy of the certificate issued by the Govt. General Hospital. FIITJEE management s decision in this regard will be final and binding. 2. The Scholarships on the basis of X / XII board performance / fee waivers / fee concessions are valid only after qualifying FIITJEE s Admission Test of the respective program. 3. The final discretion of award of scholarships / fee waivers / fee concession in each case will remain with FIITJEE and the decision will be final and binding on the candidate. 4. The mentioned scholarships / fee waivers / fee concession are applicable for those students who enrol themselves between November, 2012 to September, 2013. 5. Any student can avail only one of the Other Category Fee Waivers during his / her entire academic session at FIITJEE. 6. An eligible student can get the combined benefit of any one of the Other Category Fee Waivers (as mentioned above) along with the Fee Concession for siblings of Present / Ex-FIITJEEians and Scholarship if awarded i.e. all the benefits can be compounded as stated in the following example. For example, if a physically disabled sister / brother of present FIITJEE student who is already enrolled in any Classroom Program qualifies in our Admission Test with a scholarship of 50% on Tuition Fee and if the Tuition Fee of the Classroom program offered to the student is Rs. 10,000/-, the final Tuition fee payable by the student will be calculated as follows 1. Rs. 10,000 less 50% scholarship = Rs. 5,000/- 2. Rs. 5,000 less 25% (Physical Disability Waiver) = Rs. 3,750/- 3. Hostel Facility FIITJEE has furnished hostel / lodging & boarding facilities at all FIITJEE centres viz. Delhi (South Delhi, North-West Delhi & East Delhi Centres), Amritsar, Bangalore, Bhilai, Bhopal, Bokaro, Chandigarh, Chennai, Hyderabad, Indore, Jaipur, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Patna, Ranchi, Vijayawada & Visakhapatnam which is available for male students only, on the basis of merit. The hostel expenditure to be paid by the student is Rs. 4,500/- to 6,000/- per month approximately on double occupancy basis and varies from one hostel to another and city to city. Expenses are subject to revision as and when required without prior notice. FIITJEE also has hostel / lodging & boarding facilities for female students at select FIITJEE centres. Appropriate assistance may be provided in locating paying guest accommodation for female students at other locations.
