Erasmus+ possibilities in the field of Vocational Education and Training

M O B I L I T Y P R O J E C T S F O R: Erasmus+ Programme Key action 1 VET LEARNERS a) mobility in VET providers and/or companies abroad from 2 weeks to 3 months b) long-term mobility in VET providers and/or companies abroad (ErasmusPro) from 3 to 12 months AIM: to strengthen the employability of VET learners and to facilitate their transition to the labour market Eligible participants: VET learners, recent graduates (up to 1 year after graduation) VET STAFF a) teaching/training assignments teaching at a partner VET provider abroad from 2 days to 2 months b) staff training work placement or job shadowing at a company/vet provider from 2 days to 2 months Mobility has to: - be framed into a strategic approach of the organization - respond to clearly identified needs - ensure proper recognition of outcomes

Key action 2 S T R A T E G I C P A R T N E R S H I P S SUPPORTING INNOVATION a) expected to develop innovative outputs (special budget category Intellectual Outputs) b) have to include intensive dissemination and exploitation activities in order to inform as broad as possible group of relevant stakeholders (special budget category Multiplier Events) SUPPORTING EXCHANGE OF GOOD PRACTICES a) aimed at providing an opportunity for organizations to develop and strengthen their networks, share ideas, practices and methods and increase their capacity for operating on a transnational level b) can include tangible outputs (in a smaller scale) and disseminate them, but with no special budget categories (financed through Project management and implementation)

Key action 2 Result = capacity building, changes in the mindset / working habits, increasing quality etc. intangible and/or tangible results Output = method, guide, model, study module, survey, specific software etc. tangible results = intellectual outputs - requires specific allocation of staff time! Characteristics of a good intellectual outputs: tangible and significant innovative, creative and usable substantial in quality and quantity potential for wider use and impact long-term usability

VET Charter VET mobility charter aims to reward and promote quality in mobility enabling sending organisations to further develop their international strategies Selection criteria: - At least 3 completed mobility projects (under LLP or E+) - Budget consumption rate on average for last 3 completed projects 80% Map of all Charter holders: https://ec.europa.eu/assets/eac/erasmus-plus/charters/vcmap_en.htm

Transnational Cooperation Activities different type of events (seminars, workshops, study visits ) organized by NAs overall aim to improve the quality and impact of the Erasmus+ programme at a systemic level each TCA is designed with a specific target group/s and themes in mind Taking part in TCA means you can: create and/or extend contacts and cooperation with organisations coming from similar or different fields across Europe; gain knowledge and practical skills on Erasmus+ and access support on project ideas; disseminate your projects results at European level
