REGULATIONS OF CLAIMS TO SCHOLARSHIPS Any claim to the Scholarship shall be regulated by the provisions of the scheme in force at the time when the Trust decides to award a scholarship to the needy/meritorious student(s) (a) The scholarship given under this scheme shall be in addition to the scholarship paid by the Board under the provisions of chapter 15 of the H. For such category of needy and meritorious student's 90% scholarship shall be earmarked on the basis of merit and family income. (f) 10% scholarship would be earmarked for deaf, mute, blind and disabled (40% or above) candidates appearing at any of the above examinations and passing the same in second division or above. (g). The eligibility of the candidate entitled to get benefit under the scheme will be based on the Annual income of his family and the percentage of Marks: Both the conditions of Annual Income and percentage of marks will be of 10 marks each.
