Max gives people of all backgrounds the opportunity to find their unique path and reach their personal income goals some extra cash every month, enough for a car payment, or even enough to be financially independent.

DEFINITIONS Associate: Someone who signs up to be a Max Associate and receives commissions and bonuses for business-building efforts. Preferred Customer: Can purchase products at the wholesale price by enrolling in AutoShip. They are linked to the Associate with whom they enrolled. Commissionable Volume: Point value assigned to all products and product packs. CV from Preferred Customer purchases counts towards your Personal Volume (PV), and all personal volume over 100 PV is added to your Pay Team volume. 1 Retail Profits Associates purchase products at wholesale for personal use or to retail to customers for a profit. When you buy a product at wholesale and sell at the retail price, you get to keep the difference. 2 Preferred Customer Bonus All Active Associates are paid a full 25% bonus on every order placed by their personally enrolled Preferred Customers. This bonus is paid every week. You also earn Commissionable Volume (CV). There is no cost to become a Preferred Customer; however, Preferred Customers must be on AutoShip in order to participate in the program and get wholesale pricing. 3 FastTrack Bonuses Max offers several product packages that are ideally suited for Associates who want to get off to a quick start. When you sell one of these packs, you earn a FastTrack Bonus and CV from that order. With FastTrack Bonuses, Active Associates can receive a check from Max every week! Active: An Active Associate has purchased a $49 Starter Kit and has at least 50 Personal Volume (PV) during the calendar month.

4 Team Bonuses All qualified Associates earn 10% of the total CV earned in their Pay Team. To qualify, an Associate must generate at least 100 PV in the qualifying month. The PV can either come from an Associate s personal purchases, or from their personally-enrolled Preferred Customers volume. Once the Associate has attained the required 100 PV, all additional CV will accrue in the Pay Team. DEFINITIONS AutoShip: An easy and convenient way to receive Max products every month. Also helps Associates qualify for bonuses. Qualified: A qualified Associate must have enrolled a minimum of two active Associates with one placed in each binary team and have a minimum of 100 PV in the Pay Team YOU Strong Team qualifying month to be paid Team Commissions. = Personally Enrolled Active Associates Pay Team, Strong Team: Associates build two sales teams, right and left. At the end of each month, the Pay Team is the sales team that has the lesser CV of the two sales teams, and the Strong Team is the team that has more CV.

DEFINITIONS Personal Commissionable Volume (PV): In order to qualify for monthly Team Commissions, an Associate must generate at least 100 PV in the qualifying month. The PV can either come from an Associate s personal purchases, or from their personally-enrolled Preferred Customers volume. Specific PV levels are required to qualify for Matching Check Bonuses (for example, 100 PV for Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum Associates). 5 Unlimited Seven-Level Matching Check Bonus (MCB) When you generate minimum Personal Volume (PV) for your rank (100 PV for Associate, Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum, 200 PV for Diamond and higher) you can earn matching check bonuses up to 50% on the Team Bonuses of anyone you have personally enrolled, no matter where they are enrolled. Associates can also earn a MCB on the Team Bonuses of the people in their personally enrolled Associate s enrollment tree up to the 7th generation. YOU LEVEL 1 (all personally enrolled) LEVEL 2 (enrolled by level 1) LEVEL 3 (enrolled by level 2) LEVEL 4 LEVEL 5 LEVEL 6 LEVEL 7

6 Rank Advancement Bonus Pool Associates who advance to Bronze, Silver, and Gold are eligible for the Rank Advancement Pool, which represents 1% of the company Global CV. Those who qualify receive shares in the pool Bronze receive one share, Silver receive two shares and Gold receive three shares. This is a one-time bonus that is paid out upon advancement to each rank; in other words, you receive it once for Bronze, once for Silver, and once for Gold. If an Associate advances from Senior Associate straight to Silver and skips Bronze, he or she will receive three shares one for advancing to Bronze and two for advancing to Silver. 7 Platinum and Diamond Leadership Pool 0.75% of the monthly global CV is put in two separate pools and is paid to Platinum and Diamond Associates. 0.50% is put in the Platinum Pool, and 0.25% is put in the Diamond Pool. As a qualified Platinum Associate, you receive one share in the Platinum Leadership Pool. Associates at Diamond and higher receive one share in both pools. Even better, Associates who order a Business Builder Pack, or purchase a Half Pack and add second Half Pack within 90 days, will receive double shares in the Platinum and Diamond Pool once they become a qualified Platinum or Diamond. 8 Global Bonus Pool (GBP) 2% of the company s Global Commissionable Volume (CV) is put into a Global Bonus Pool and is paid to qualified Associates through Gold. For each 1,000 CV that an Associate s Pay Team volume grows compared to the prior month, the Associate will receive one share in the Global Bonus Pool.

9 Max Living Bonus Max believes in helping Associates identify what matters most to them. The beauty of the Max Living Bonus is that is makes it easier for Associates to pursue it a nice car, a fine home, giving back to charity, a memorable vacation with your family, or anything else you need. Any associate paid as Platinum and above will receive the Max Living Bonus every month Platinum=$500, Diamond=$750, Double Diamond=$1000, Triple Diamond and above=$1500. How to Find Success with Max It s easy to get bogged down in numbers, percentages and terminology. Here s the good news: you don t have to fully understand the Max Plan in order to fully benefit from it. The easiest way to explain our rewarding compensation opportunities is: Tell people about your personal experiences with Max products. Share the products with them so that they can have their own product experiences. Follow-up with them and invite them to order more products or become an Associate. Continuously repeat and help other people follow this process. As you do so, the Max Plan will handsomely reward your efforts. Your success depends on others, and you can also help others succeed. With the Max Plan, you can not only make a living, you can make a profound difference in the lives of people around the globe.

Max International Rank Explanations and Qualifications Associate: When someone enrolls with Max International, he or she is an Associate. (Associate is also a general term for all Max International independent Associates.) Senior Associate: An Associate who qualifies for Team Commissions with two personally enrolled active Associates with one placed in each binary team with 50 PV, personally generated 100 PV, and personally enrolled in AutoShip. Bronze: An Associate with 2,000 CV in his or her Pay Team, two personally enrolled active Associates with one placed in each binary team with 50 PV, personally generated 100 PV, and personally enrolled in AutoShip. Silver: An Associate with 4,000 CV in his or her Pay Team, two personally enrolled active Associates in each binary team with 50 PV, personally generated 100 PV, and personally enrolled in AutoShip. Gold: An Associate with 16,000 CV in his or her Pay Team, three personally enrolled active Associates in each binary team with 50 PV, personally generated 100 PV, and personally enrolled in AutoShip. Platinum: An Associate with 32,000 CV in his or her Pay Team, plus one Enrollment Tree Gold Team, four personally enrolled active Associates in each binary team with 50 PV, personally generated 100 PV and personally enrolled in AutoShip. Diamond: An Associate with 80,000 CV in his or her Pay Team, plus two Enrollment Tree Gold Teams, four personally enrolled active Associates in each binary team with 50 PV, personally generated 200 PV and personally enrolled in AutoShip. Double Diamond: An Associate with 160,000 CV in his or her Pay Team, plus three Enrollment Tree Gold Teams (at least one in each leg), four personally enrolled active Associates in each binary team with 50 PV, personally generated 200 PV and personally enrolled in AutoShip. Triple Diamond: An Associate with 250,000 CV in his or her Pay Team, plus four Enrollment Tree Gold Teams (at least one in each leg), four personally enrolled active Associates in each binary team with 50 PV, personally generated 200 PV and personally enrolled in AutoShip. Crown Diamond: An Associate with 400,000 CV in his or her Pay Team, plus five Enrollment Tree Gold Teams (at least one in each leg), four personally enrolled active Associates in each binary team with 50 PV, personally generated 200 PV, and personally enrolled in AutoShip. Double Crown Diamond: An Associate with 2,000,000 Enrollment Tree CV, six Enrollment Tree Gold Teams (at least one in each leg), four personally enrolled active Associates in each binary team with 50 PV, personally generated 200 PV and personally enrolled in AutoShip. Triple Crown Diamond: An Associate with 4,000,000 Enrollment Tree CV, seven Enrollment Tree Gold Teams (at least one in each leg), four personally sponsored active Associates in each binary team with 50 PV, personally generated 200 PV and personally enrolled in AutoShip.
