REHEARSAL GUIDELINES MAY 19th Ceremony is at the University of Phoenix Stadium All students MUST arrive at 6:15 pm (Bring your cap & gown with you) Ceremony starts promptly at 7:30 pm
Dress nicely- Church/nice restaurant apparel No decorations on caps No additions to the gown, including flowers (except school approved organization/club regalia) Be in acceptable dress for the event, if not you will be sent home to change if needed or will not be allowed to walk- Please don t let it happen to you! Female graduates: dress, dress pants, blouse, dress shoes (no athletic shoes, flip flops or spiked heels) Male graduates: dress shirt and tie is the expectation, dress slacks, khakis, dress shoes (no athletic shoes or sandals/flip flops) NO JEANS!
Ceremony Guidelines No cell phones No purses Students under the influence will not be permitted to participate in the ceremony Bring cap/gown in hand to the site Final check before entering the seating area at the stadium
Will be given to Seniors after you exit the stage and return to your seat. Diplomas/Certificates will be given the next day for Seniors who are absent or were disciplined during the event. Graduation is the last official school activity: Act responsibly - it s your event!
Thurs., May 14 th (6:00-6:30 pm check-in) held in the Auditorium 6:30 pm program begins Return form to Counselor at the end of this program. University Scholarship
