It includes the balance of 2013 about $9302.46, the financial assistance of Northwestern Polytechnical University is about $6643.38, the section rebate is about $5087.50, the conference from region 10 is $9450.00, the JiaoTong University Student Branch project from IEEE is $8200.00, the interest is about $28.35. The total 2014 expenses of XI AN SECTION is about $27842.81. The expenditure mainly refers to the XI AN section annual meeting and academic conference. Such as hall, reception, transportation, the Xi an website management, etc. The balance of 2014 is about $10868.88. Any other financial activities Extra financial support mainly comes from the Northwestern Polytechnical University. PART B - ORGANIZATIONAL ACTIVITIES B.1 Membership Development Activities By Dec, 14th, 2014, the total amount of active members of IEEE Xi an is 903, while the number was 747 for the year 2013 and 677 for the year 2012. It increases 21% and 10% than the members in 2013 and 2012 respectively. In 2015, we continue our effort to increase membership, especially the student members. Successfully Organized IEEE ICSPCC2014 (2014 IEEE International Conference on Signal Processing, Communications and Computing) In August 5, 2014, collaborating with the IEEE Hong Kong, we hosted 2014 IEEE International Conference on Signal Processing, Communications and Computing in Guilin, Guangxi. More than two hundreds of specialists and scholar from America, French, Japan, Australia, India, South Korea, etc. attended this conference. 2. Successfully Organized ICIII2014(2014 Seven International Conference on Information Management, Innovation Management and Industrial Engineering) In October 25, 2014, collaborating with Shaanxi Computer Society, Chang an University and Xi an University of Technology, we hosted 2014 Seven International Conference on Information Management, Innovation Management and Industrial Engineering in Chang an University, Xi an. More than three hundreds of specialists, scholars from Germany, Australia, South Korea, Romania, Indonesia, Malaysia, etc. and students from Chang an University attended this conference. B.4 Students Activities By 2014, there are 3 student branches in IEEE Xi an. No new student branch is formed in 2014.

B.5 Affinity Group Activities There is currently no affinity group in IEEE Xi an.
