Officer saw no indication of illness, and removed the animal from the property. Upon arrival, officer met with a work crew who had set the alarm off in error. Officer reported no irregularities. Officer met with the homeowner, and advised her of the situation. The homeowner was able to deactivate the alarm. Officer relocated the raccoon out of the complainants yard and no additional assistance was needed.

The driver was arrested for improper lane usage, driving while license suspended, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Center Avenue and Sunrise Avenue for a complaint from a resident of a garden hoe,gloves and broken glass in the road way. The complainant stated to dispatch that they did not wish to speak to an officer. Officer located a garden hoe in the road way of the 700 block of E. Center Avenue that was causing a traffic hazard and removed the tool. Officer observed no other irregularities. Ordinance Violation 06/03/2015 10:05:20 2015-00004821 W CENTER AVE Narrative: Officer responded to the 200 block of West Center Avenue for possible ordinance violation regarding a dumpster in a driveway on West Center Avenue. After observing the dumpster, officer spoke with the complainant and advised her that the dumpster was on the property and not in violation. Officer advised the complainant that he would check with building and zoning for the village to ascertain whether or not proper permits have been applied for. After speaking with the building code supervisor it was determined that there was a proper permit on file with the village. Officer called the complainant back and advised her of the permit. Trespassing 06/03/2015 10:55:34 2015-00004825 S WAUKEGAN RD Narrative: Officer responded to the the Public Safety Building for a tresspassing complaint that occurred in the 200 block S. Waukegan Rd in a parking lot. The complainant stated that a young lady, possibly in her early 20's asked to use her cell phone and the complainant stated no, complainant stated that the subject started using foul language to her. Complainant stated that after the subject left the area, she went into a store to go shopping. When she returned to her vehicle she stated that it looked like someone had been inside of her vehicle. Complainant stated nothing was taken but she wanted a report on file. Officer took all the information. Complainant had no questions for the officer. The subject was describes as a female, white subject approximately 20 year of age, 120 lbs and around 5 ft tall.

Scranton Avenue with the Lake Forest and Lake Bluff Fire Departments to assist with a person needing assistance. Patient was transported to the Lake Forest Hospital in ambulance #421. Parking Problem 06/03/2015 11:09:04 2015-00004828 SHERIDAN RD Narrative: Officer responded to the 600 block of Sheridan Road and met with the complainant regarding vehicles parked in the CBD Permit Parking Only spaces in the south end of the Lake Bluff Train Depot lot. Officer placed warnings on three vehicles parked illegally. Complainant did not wish to have the vehicles ticketed. The dog was found near Ravine Park with an attached tag with "Toby" on it. While checking the area to locate the owner, the owner responded to the PSB. Officer returned the dog and cleared. Youth Problem 06/03/2015 23:24:16 2015-00004841 MAPLE AVE Narrative: Officers responded to the Lillian Dells Beach for a report of juveniles on the beach. Upon arrival officers located subjects leaving the area in a vehicle. Officer spoke with the subjects who stated they were at the beach earlier and did not know the beach was closed. Officers advised the subjects the beach closes at dusk and they were sent on their way. Officers went to the beach and located two adult subjects. Officers advised them the beach was closed at dusk and escorted them to the top of the ravine. Officers issued the subjects citations for violation of beach curfew and they were released. No further police assistance was required and officers cleared.

Suspicious Vehicle 06/04/2015 07:58:46 2015-00004855 MEADOW CIR Narrative: Officer was requested to respond to the 12500 block of Meadow Circle for a report from a passer by that a male while was in a green colored vehicle and has been parked there for 30 minutes. Officer responded and stated the subject was from a moving company working for a resident and arrived to work early and was sleeping inside the vehicle. No other irregularities were observed. Parking Problem 06/04/2015 11:08:19 2015-00004858 E WOODLAND RD / EVANSTON AVE Narrative: Officer responded to Evanston Avenue and East Woodland Avenue for a called in parking complaint. Officer arrived on scene and observed two small suv's parked on opposite sides of the road partially blocking the roadway. Officer spoke with the resident and the subject stated they would move they're cars. Officer cleared to resume patrol. Assist Fire 06/04/2015 11:36:01 2015-00004860 E WITCHWOOD LN Narrative: Officer responded with the Lake Bluff Fire Department to the 300 block of E. Witchwood Lane for an activated fire alarm. FD advised the alarm was false and no other police service was requested. Animal Complaint 06/04/2015 11:46:02 2015-00004861 E NORTH AVE Narrative: Officer responded to the 300 block of East North Avenue for a report of a dog left inside a vehicle that was not running and the window were left up. Officer checked the immediate area but was unable to locate. Complainant did not want to be seen and officer cleared. Warrant Arrest 06/04/2015 12:00:32 2015-00004862 E CENTER AVE Narrative: Officer responded to the Lake Bluff Police Department for a subject in the lobby who was turning herself in on warrant # 15CM1463, Lake Bluff case # 15-3258. Officer took the subject into custody and escorted her back to lock up where she was finger printed and photographed. Subject was able to post the 10% bond amount which was $2,500. A court date of 06/18/15 was issued at 0900 hours in room C-120 at 18 North County, Waukegan IL 60085. Animal Complaint 06/04/2015 12:19:57 2015-00004863 OAK AVE / E SCRANTON AVE Narrative: Officer was dispatched to the area of Oak Avenue and E. Scranton Avenue for a complaint of a dog inside a white car. The caller who did not want to be identified stated that all of the windows were rolled up in the car. Officer arrived on scene and a white colored car was pulling away from the curb and left the area. Officer observed no other white colored car in the area. Found Property 06/04/2015 12:38:32 2015-00004864 MAWMAN AVE Narrative: A complainant responded to the Public Safety Building to turn in a man's brown leather wallet that he had found in the 600 block of Mawman Avenue. Officer checked the contents of the wallet and located a valid Illinois driver's license and a fraudulent driver's license. Officer responded to the address on the DL and located the 18 year old male owner of the fake ID. The 18 year old male was transported to the Public Safety Building where he was advised of the possible charges for possessing a fraudulent ID. Officer did not charge the male with a crime and released him from custody. The ID was confiscated and destroyed. Ambulance Assist 06/04/2015 14:48:19 2015-00004865 SHORE ACRES DR Narrative: Officer responded to the 1700 block of Shore Acres Drive for a male with a medical issue. Lake Bluff Fire Department and Lake Forest Ambulance 421 responded to the scene. Ambulance 421 transported the patient to Lake Forest Hospital.

Officer observed there were two baby deer in the immediate area. Officer observed the mother deer was hiding just out of sight. Officer relocated the deer from the yard into the wooded area near the mother. Officer located a tree that was partially hanging over the bicycle path. Officer contacted on call Public Works. Animal Found 06/04/2015 19:54:02 2015-00004873 SUNRISE AVE Narrative: Officer responded to Sunrise Beach for a report of a brown colored dog running at large. Officer met with beach security who had the dog. The owner of the dog responded to the beach to claim the animal. A verbal warning was issued for dog at large. Officer arrived on scene and Lake Bluff, Lake Forest and Knollwood Fire Departments responded with ambulance #421. The patient was transported to Lake Forest Hospital. No further police assistance required. Traffic Problem 06/04/2015 22:04:17 2015-00004881 W WASHINGTON AVE Narrative: Officer responded to the area of the the 300 block of West Washington Avenue for a report of cars driving fast down the roadway. Officer met with the complainant who advised cars were speeding in front of her residence and she was concerned. Officer observed no traffic violations or issues while on scene; parents were picking up their children from a graduation party at the Rec Center. Officer observed no irregularities and cleared. The refused complainant stated the subject was walking northbound, and appeared to be writing down license plates. Formal report taken. Assist Other Agency 06/05/2015 17:57:27 2015-00004911 E SHERIDAN PL / VINCENT CT Narrative: Officer responded to the area of East Sheridan Place at Vincent Court for a report that the "do not enter" signs were still down in the roadway since school let out. Officer secured the post signs and returned the street sign from the road to the Middle School east parking lot. Alarm Residential 06/05/2015 18:21:16 2015-00004912 E BLODGETT AVE Narrative: Officer responded to the 300 block of E Blodgett Ave for an activated burglar alarm coming from the front door. Upon Officer arrival, Officer met with the homeowner who stated she forgot she had set the alarm prior to her leaving the residence. Officer observed no irregularities and cleared.

Found Property 06/05/2015 20:12:14 2015-00004918 E CENTER AVE / E SCRANTON AVE Narrative: Officer took a walk-in found property case at the Lake Bluff PSB. Three boys stated they found a blue Apple Iphone on the bench the 0-100 block of E. Center Ave. As entering the I-phone into the found property log, the owner of the phone came into the PSB to claim his property. Suspicious Person 06/05/2015 22:51:44 2015-00004924 S WAUKEGAN RD / ALBRECHT DR Narrative: Officer responded to the area of Albrecht Drive at Route 43 for a report of a subject riding down the street on a bicycle. The complainant thought it was suspicious, but could not articulate why it was suspicious. Officer checked the area, the subject was gone prior to officers arrival. Alarm Business 06/05/2015 23:49:04 2015-00004929 SHORE ACRES DR Narrative: Officer responded to the 1600 block of Shoreacres Road for an activated burglar alarm. Officer met with an employee on site who set the alarm off in error. No police assistance was required and officers cleared. Suspicious Person 06/06/2015 01:48:39 2015-00004932 108 E SCRANTON AVE Narrative: Officers responded to the 100 block of East Scranton for a report of a suspicious person. The complainant stated that a male stated that he wanted to come in while trying to open her door and stated his name was "James". The complainant stated that when she told him she was calling the police he stopped knocking at the door. The complainant could provide no description other that the male sounded young possibly in his 20's. Officers checked the area and were unable to locate anyone. Officer met with the complainant and advised her of the findings. Driving Complaint 06/06/2015 07:11:23 2015-00004938 S WAUKEGAN RD Narrative: Officer responded to the area of Rt. 176 east bound from Rt. 43 for a report of an erratic driver. Officer spoke to the complainant via telephone who stated the driver cut her off while on Rt. 176 and was last scene north bound Rt. 43 driving a silver colored Volkswagen GTI. Officer checked the area and the vehicle was already out of Lake Bluff Police limits. The complainant did not wish to press charges. Ambulance Assist 06/06/2015 09:21:02 2015-00004941 E SHERIDAN RD Narrative: Officer responded to the 300 block of East Sheridan Road for a female with a medical issue. Lake Forest and Lake Bluff fire departments responded. Ambulance A-421 transported the subject to Lake Forest Hospital. Officer verified with the ambulance crew no further police assistance was needed, and all units cleared.

Officer completed the proper forms Animal Complaint 06/06/2015 12:44:42 2015-00004948 SUNRISE AVE Narrative: Officer responded to the 600 block of Sunrise Avenue to provide information on animal removal. Officer met with the homeowner, and provided business cards for animal removal services. Alarm Business 06/06/2015 15:40:00 2015-00004952 SHERIDAN RD Narrative: Officer responded to the 600 block of Sheridan Road for an activated burglar alarm. Officer checked the exterior and found to be secure. Officer checked the interior and observed no irregularities. Assist Fire 06/06/2015 16:15:01 2015-00004955 WEATHERFORD CT Narrative: Officer responded with the Lake Bluff Fire Department to the 300 block of Weatherford Court to assist with a non symptomatic carbon monoxide detector activation. Lake Bluff Fire Department located an alarm with spent batteries. The batteries were replaced and no other signs of trouble were noted. Intoxicated Person / Arrest 06/06/2015 19:59:35 2015-00004957 E SCRANTON AVE Narrative: Officers responded to the area of East Scranton Avenue and Walnut Avenue for a report of an intoxicated person entering a vehicle. Officers arrived on scene and located the subject sitting in the drivers seat of her vehicle parked in the crosswalk and parking partially in the roadway. The driver was arrested for improper parking on a roadway, driving under the influence of alcohol, no drivers license on person, operating an uninsured vehicle, and no front registration plate. 6/8/2015 9:54:19 AM
