About Us We are a Singapore (HQ) and Bangkok based company. MyWellcard offers an annual membership program where members choose among 12 lifestyle categories to receive the benefits they desire. How did it all start? It all started with designing a product to reduce Employee Turnover, something which is a major issue in Asia. From here, we realized we had created a product with many more applications. After extensive research, we have fine-tuned our product so that we can: Provide flexibility to the corporate client to enable them to create their own lifestyle benefit program. Distribute the program for free through selected channels. Up-sell to the members direct, with no cost to the corporations, unless they choose to purchase benefits on behalf of their employees, clients, or others. We provide membership programs for most levels of the workforce, for any sized company, and any sized budget. Our tailor made e-commerce website, mobile app, and CRM means the MyWellcard backend can handle any level of membership additions. Automation allows us to cut costs and save time. R&D We have completed more than 20 months of R&D, which has resulted in a multifunctional lifestyle benefit program. Funds have been allocated towards R&D in the following areas: design and creation of a tailor-made CRM, Website, Mobile App, booking engine, and payment platform, as wells as provider interviews, channel partners, agreement and employment templates, member card and marketing designs, and BOI approval from the Thai government. Currently, 15 corporations have signed up for a program. This has resulted in more than 12,000 members. At the launch of the mobile application and website, these corporations will receive a link that they can forward to their employees. These employees will then be able to download our Mobile App on their smart phones. 1
Our Business Model Continue to sign contracts with top lifestyle providers, and market their products and services to our database of members. Become the largest affinity marketing partner in the industry for lifestyle related products. Continue to recruit industry partners, active in Insurance, Travel and Golf. These specialists will allow us to give our members the best value for their membership. Advertise our provider s deals at no cost to them, ensuring that they continue to give MyWellCard superior offers that put us above our competition. Sign up 3,000 providers in 12 different categories across 3 countries by December 2013 Continue building our team of account managers, who will sign up new providers and arrange monthly promotions. Establish this concept into other countries across Asia and allow for franchises. Channel Partners We are a solid add-on product, we compliment future channel partners in a unique way. These partners can offer a free (or heavily discounted) membership to compliment their own product and service sales. MyWellcard gains access to their major databases and improves its credibility through association In this way we are able to grow our member databases at a rapid pace. Our Sales Efforts As a company today, one third of our company s business is based on our relationships with Chambers of Commerce. These Chambers are willing to promote our product and services to their corporate members. The remaining focus will be on the Insurance, Banking and Travel industries, followed by the MLM industry, again by offering the MWC program to their existing client databases for free (or heavily discounted). This will assist them with their own sales efforts. 2
For our Stakeholders What do we provide our members? We negotiate benefits from our providers and pass these on to our members. Since we do not take commission from our providers, the benefits are of real value. They are either free or discounted. What do we do for our providers? We market their products and services to our corporate clients, as well as their employees, clients, and distribution partners. We package these and offer them to our database of members. In short, we act as their affinity marketing partner. They use us to market their services when they need to, not the other way around, providing a balanced relationship where both parties gain. They either book in advance or simply show their MyWellcard membership card on location to redeem their benefits. They can book and redeem their lifestyle benefits through the MyWellcard mobile App and a new E-commerce website, both of which are targeted to launch in February 2013. All members will receive both a membership card and access to our mobile app. We can keep a dialogue with our members, including promoting special offers, through our website, mobile app, and social media platforms. 3

MyWellcard members use a promotion code and receive a 5% discount. Summary MyWellcard offers a turnkey lifestyle and benefits solution at little or no cost to corporations. It is a fantastic add-on to existing client and employee benefits packages. It compliments existing product offerings by corporations (including those in the Insurance, Banking and Financial Services industries). Since we can offer the program to corporations for no charge, it qualifies as a perfect solution for corporations to demonstrate an added level of care and attention for their employees and clients.
