West Volusia Retired Educators Scholarship: $1000 Criteria: Applicant must be a 12 th grade student who is a resident of WEST VOLUSIA County. Application also includes a 300 word essay describing yourself, future career goals and what receiving this scholarship would mean to you. DEADLINE: APRIL 15 TH, 2018 Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc. Black & White Ball Scholarship: TBD Criteria: Applicant must be a senior MALE student with a cumulative GPA of a 2.8 or higher. Areas of the Application that are to be judged include career preparedness, social awareness, financial need and school/community activities.
