DTE Energy Public Forum on Power Outages DTE Energy has notified the City of Plymouth that they will host a public information forum to address the recent power outages and improvements to their systems. The meeting will take place on Friday, June 15th at the Plymouth Cultural Center. DTE Energy has provided the following statement: ************************************************************** DTE Energy sets a high standard when it comes to providing safe, reliable and affordable electric service. We are currently implementing infrastructure upgrades designed to deliver more reliable electricity to the homes and businesses in the City of Plymouth. These upgrades include rebuilding the Plymouth substation, along with installing new equipment and technology. DTE representatives will be available on Friday, June 15, 2018 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Plymouth Cultural Center, 525 Farmer Street, Plymouth, to give you more information about the upgrades. Members of the DTE Energy engineering staff and senior leadership will be on site to discuss current and future plans. If you plan on attending, please visit the following link to RSVP to let us know that you will be in attendance: https://plymouth.app.rsvpify.com/ If you are unable to attend and have questions, please leave us a message at 1-888-397-4012 and a member of our engineering team will return your call.
