Highlights Defense Acquisition Workforce Size Highlights Although there was a very slight decrease in the LCL total force this quarter, there has been a steady increase since FY13. LCL in the Army Component has seen a steady decrease since FY11. Going from 9,045 in FY10 to 7,147 this quarter. Overall attrition for LCL has increased slightly in the last year increasing from 7.8% in FY16Q1 to 8.0% this quarter. Defense Acquisition Workforce DAWIA Certification Highlights LCL has increased their Meets or Exceeds rate every year since FY15 and have decreased the Does Not Meet during the same period. 5
