Timothy R Pickering 3948 Indian Ridge Ln Defiance, Missouri 63341 Honorable Dave Evans Chair Nominating Committee C/o Association of Air Medical Services 909 N. Washington St., Suite 410 Alexandria, VA 22314 Dear Chairman Evans and Committee, It is with great pleasure that I am writing to support Ms. Deb Boudreaux in her nomination for reelection as the AAMS Region 4 Board Representative. I have known Deb for several years, probably longer than we would want to admit, and have always been impressed by her abilities and hard work. Deb is a leader, and demonstrated such in her tireless efforts last year in support of the Fort Worth AMTC. Deb has demonstrated a passion for not only the clinical efforts undertaken by air medical services, but for supporting and guiding leadership within our community. Deb has worked with many different aspects of medical transportation over the years. Beginning as a staff nurse at Cook Children s Hospital, Deb has steadily progressed to now be a Department leader. Like her professional career, Deb has progressed in her leadership roles at AAMS and I know will continue to do great work if reelected. Timothy R. Pickering

May 3, 2018 To whom it may concern: It is my pleasure to submit this letter of support for Debbie Boudreaux to continue her efforts in serving on the AAMS Board. Debbie is one of the most professional leaders within our industry and is well known amongst her peers. Debbie s passion for patient care through air-medical transport is second to none. Debbie has committed her career to our industry because she understands better than anyone the importance of air-medical transportation. We are fortunate to have Debbie in our industry and the AAMS Board would continue to benefit from Debbie s contributions as a board member. If you have any questions or comments, please don t hesitate to contact me. Kenny Morrow Chief Operating Officer Metro Aviation, Inc. Metro Aviation, Inc. 1214 Hawn Avenue P.O. May 14, 2018 Nominating Committee: I would like to take this opportunity to personally recommend Deborah Boudreaux for re-election to the AAMS Board as a Director for Region IV. Having known Debbie for more than a decade now, I consider her not only a trusted colleague, but a dear friend. Debbie is a well-respected clinician and health system leader at Cook Children s in Ft. Worth, Texas and throughout the transport industry. As you know, I have served with Mrs. Boudreaux on the AAMS board previously, so I know first-hand her demeanor as a director and her passion to better her region and our industry. We must continue to evaluate the priorities of the association and stay out on the tip of the spear to ensure our industry continues to lead through the future changes that will face healthcare and the transport medicine communities that we all serve in. I know that she will ensure this happens. It is truly a pleasure having Debbie serve as regional director for our home-state of Texas and I give her my full support in her pursuit of re-election to the board. Please let me know if I can answer any further questions that may arise.
