2. Indoneian Ocean Policy Preidential Decree Number 16 of 2017 ha been iued on 20 February 2017. Baed on Indoneian Development Viion (Law No. 17 of 2007 concerning the Long-term National Development Plan 2005-2025 and Law No. 32 of 2014 concerning Local Government). A guideline for minitrie/non miniterial intitution and local government to plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate the development in the maritime ector in order to implement Global Maritime Fulcrum. Global Maritime Fulcrum i the viion of Indoneia to become a overeign, advanced, independent trong maritime nation that i able to provide poitive contribution for peace and ecurity of the region a well to the world in accordance with it national interet.

3. Aim of Indoneian Ocean Policy. a. ocean reource are managed optimally and in utainable manner;.. b. the quality of human reource, marine cience and reliable maritime technology are well developed;. c. Strong maritime defene and ecurity are developed. d. enforcement of overeignty, law, and afety at the ea are implemented optimally;. e. implementing good ocean governance;. f. the welfare of people at the coatal area and mall iland are equally developed. g. enhancement of competitive marine economic and indutrial growth;. H. reliable marine infratructure i built;. i. rule on maritime patial planning i created;. J. execution of marine diplomacy and. K. trengthening of trong maritime culture and outlookj

4. Principle of Indoneian Ocean Policy Baed on ix baic principle : 1) Wawaan Nuantara, 2) utainable development, 3) blue economy; 4) integrated and tranparent management; 5) participation and 6) equality and equitability. Blue Economy i a model for economic development which integrate land and maritime development while taking into account the carrying capacity of natural reource and environment. In principle, the reource of land, ea and air hould be ynergized to become Indoneia trength.
