How to provide an offer Review all the documents provided Provide a technical and commercial proposal before the 11 th of December 2017 Provide a sample of item 0010 and 0020 Staff structure before the 23rd of January 2018 It is acceptable to submit 1 structure only for Items 10 & 20 and the corresponding furniture packs for each

Evaluation Process Submissions consisting of a technical proposal and a sample qualifies for technical evaluation. Submissions meeting the minimum score of 360 qualifies for commercial evaluation. Top 5 highest scored submissions (tech & comm 70/30 weighting) qualifies for sample evaluation. Submissions failing to meet minimum score of 63% is excluded until a total of 5 submissions have passed the sample testing.
