Professional Development Florida Certified Contract Manager (FCCM) Attendance has been down this quarter. Classes in September have been less than 50% attended. If trend continues, will offer fewer classes. Next quarter: Travel to Fort Walton Beach, Jacksonville, and Gainesville Invitations for FWB sent on September 16. Travel is sent to all agency employees in area first come, first served Fewer classes in Tallahassee = less available slots. Professional Development Florida Certified Contract Manager (FCCM) Ethics language change: Slides previously paraphrased the statute and now is direct quote of statute to provide more accuracy. Overall message is to follow-up with General Counsel, Chief Ethics Officer, and/or Florida Commission on Ethics whenever there is question about changing employment from state to vendor. 8

Professional Development Florida Certified Contract Negotiator FCCN initial course is in active development Plan to have initial offerings in October and November Course is currently 2.5 days in length Recertification course is scheduled for September 24-25 Invitations to all current FCCNs who expire through June 2016 Will begin offering course with more frequency (likely quarterly) 10
UNSPSC Commodity Code Governance United Nations Products and Services Classification (UNSPSC) code set V15 was implemented in MFMP during July 2014 (CR155). UNSPSC has since released 2 versions. V17 has over 77,000 codes, a 42% increase from V15. o UNSPSC v16 focus on drugs and pharmaceuticals o UNSPSC v17 focus on food items (Non GMO, organic) MFMP business logic for activating UNSPSC codes o All Segment level codes activated o All Family level codes activated o All Class level codes activated o All Services Commodity level codes are activated o Goods Commodity level codes are activated upon review and approval The Commodity Code Governance Group is reviewing the commodity level codes for Goods during the month of September for implementation into MFMP in October. Codes not added as part of this process, but available in UNSPSC V17, can be added to MFMP as a monthly Operational Data Update through a request to the customer service desk. MFMP Statewide Training The MFMP team will be offering in-person training in central Florida from October 19 th October 22 nd, 2015. Surveys were distributed to agency customers to determine the training curriculum and training locations. The MFMP team will be providing training in Bartow, FL the 19 th and 20 th. The MFMP team will be providing training in St. Petersburg, FL the 21 st and 22 nd. Transaction Fee Reduction The State Transaction Fee will be reduced from 1% to 0.7% beginning November 1st, 2015. The fee change is not retroactive and will be applied to transactions beginning November 1st, 2015. The MFMP Team is in the process of: o Revising MFMP Terms of Use with DMS legal. o Revising Rule 60A-1.031, which holds the current 1% Transaction Fee language. o Preparing communications regarding the Transaction Fee change. o Updating training materials: (e.g.: manuals, recorded training, job aids, presentations, website, and other notifications) o Preparing updates to the Vendor Information Portal and MFMP Buyer. 13
