Volunteer Guidelines: Signing In/Out Volunteering at School At the start. Sign-in on the volunteer computer in the office EVERY TIME Find your badge (and a lanyard) from the bins located in the front office, sorted alphabetically by last name Have your badge visible at all times Report to volunteer assignment When you are finished Sign-out on the volunteer computer before leaving the building Return your badge and lanyard to the bins Volunteering from Home All hours count! Volunteer Guidelines: Workroom Be courteous in the workroom Always let teachers & staff go first Clean up after your projects Restock machines after use (2) Main Copiers For homework packets, classroom handouts and flyers Do not use construction paper Use double-sided printing as much as possible Riso Copy Machine For making 50 copies or more For use with construction paper or tagboard Binding Machine To bind workbooks and presentations together Die-Cut Machine To cut out letters, shapes, numbers on construction paper for use on bulletin boards and in the classroom Laminating Machine To laminate (enclose in plastic) classroom projects & office projects

Allows for our Findley staff to be able to easily identify you. Step 3. Update your privacy settings. Indicate that you WANT volunteers and volunteer coordinators to be able to see your name and photo when you sign up for volunteer shifts. Step 4. Sign up for subscriptions. mvp can email you updates and upload shifts to a personal calendar. Step 5. Choose what activities interest you and update your availability.
