Because some seminars had to be scheduled at the same Delphine Metcalf-Foster DAV National Commander time, you won t be able to make all of them, so read over the descriptions and decide which sessions interest you the most and which will be the greatest help in your work with DAV and the Auxiliary. Davis Chief Judge, U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims Please join us for remarks by Chief Judge Robert Davis of the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. Judge Davis will discuss the history and structure of the court, new judge appointments and the need for a permanent courthouse building.
