AV materials and Power Point presentations are to be submitted in advance - 48 hours prior. Attendees Personal Laptops may be used at the Queen s Conference Center. The user is advised to bring their own cables and adapters, and inform the AV specialists due to possible compatibility issues. The temperature at the Queen s Conference Center is kept cool, attendees are encouraged to dress appropriately and bring sweater or jacket. Smoking, e-cigarettes and consumption of alcohol are not permitted on Queen s Conference Center. Parking In compliance with the Queen s Medical Center, parking is $5.00/day.
