One of the main reasons why most people don t get what they want is they haven t decided what they want. They haven t defined their desires in clear and compelling detail. This quote is by the renowned career coach Jack Canfield. Mr. Canfield clarified the bottom line for achieving career success as you must: 1. Have a clear definition of what personal suc- cess means for you. 2. Set goals that will produce success, with an absolute timeline for achievement. 3. Determine and execute a plan of action to achieve the goals, Whatever you do, do not let anyone else define what personal success means for you.
