REQUIRED APPLICATION ELEMENT: Certified nursing Assistant license or medical assistant license or LPN license or Military JST for military nurse or corpsman A non-points bearing requirement Applicant provides official proof of license or military related medical service License must be verifiable on the department of health website. Please note that a registered nursing assistant is not accepted for this requirement.

This is a points bearing element. Question: Describe a circumstance, obstacle, or conflict in your life and the skills and resources you used to resolve it. What did this teach you and how will that knowledge support your success in the nursing program at LWTech?
REQUIRED APPLICATION ELEMENT: SHORT ESSAY RESPONSE: continued Essay considerations:» Have your essay read by somebody else to edit for grammar and spelling» Consider using campus resources for editing and writing style guidance such as: Writing Center; Learning Lab and/or advice from previous ENGL course instructor if available» Answer all parts of the question» Your essay will be scrutinized for content, clarity of message, grammar and spelling» If evidence of plagiarism or academic dishonesty is discovered, your application will be rendered unacceptable and materials will be forwarded to the conduct officer for review and possible adjudication
TEAS Version 5 or New ATI TEAS Details Testing Policy: Take test first time, then wait at least 30 calendar days before taking test again. After that retake, you must wait 365 calendar days before the testing cycle can begin over again. Scores are valid for two years The LWTech offers the TEAS test. Plan ahead and schedule an appointment in advance of the deadline. Spaces fill up quickly and seating is limited. You may find that other assessment centers in the area can accommodate your need for a test date up to or on the application deadline.

A: TAKE THE CO-REQUISITE CLASSES IN CASE OF A TIE (2.0 OR BETTER IN EACH COURSE) Co-requisite courses are: NUTR&101 BIOL&260 CMST &210 or 220 or 230 You are making a decision about making them a part of your class plan now, or taking them as part of the Nursing AAS-T program itself in quarters IV and V or during a summer quarter

Top 24 applicants are offered admission to the Nursing AAS-T Program There is no wait-list system at LWTech
