Q & A Qualifying When do I have to sign my new recruits? All new recruits must be signed up online between 12.01am AEDST (Sydney Time) on 1/1/2011 and 11.59pm AEDST (Sydney Time) on 31/3/2011 to count towards the criteria of Taste of the Toolbox 2011, Bali. The start date (shown on profile) is the date the application is entered online, paid in full and submitted via the enrolment option on your PWS (Personal Website) on the Consultant Portal. Why do Leaders & Coordinators get to go for a longer period of time? The extra days are an additional reward for Consultants who achieve those levels, and to receive additional training to support their teams. If I did not achieve the qualifying criteria to bring my partner for free, can he/she pay to come along? No, this is not possible for this event. What is the difference between Badge title & Paid as? A Consultant s Badge Title is their recognition title or the highest title they have achieved. A Consultant s Badge title does not change unless they are demoted, unlike a Paid as Title, which may vary from month to month. For example, Joanna met the requirements to promote to the title of Group Coordinator in June. Her Badge Title is now Group Coordinator and will remain so until she promotes to a higher title or is permanently demoted. In July, she is paid-as a Group Coordinator. Her Badge Title and Paid-as Title are the same. In August, she is Paid as a Senior Consultant. Her Badge Title remains as a Group Coordinator but her Paid-as Title for August is Senior Consultant. 13
