School Visits The Board of Trustees continued planning for the 2017 visits to the division schools. Dates that the trustees are available and topics were discussed. The next step will be to coordinate the visits with the schools. GENERAL ADMINISTRATION Learning Calendar Consultation Planning For the development of the 2017/18 learning calendar, consultation has begun. Trustees discussed with the Superintendent to develop draft calendars for the next three years based on a calendar that will begin after the long weekend. ALBERTA SCHOOL BOARDS ASSOCIATION Clearview Hosting ASBA Zone 4 The Board of Trustees held a generative discussion regarding plans for the Clearview hosted ASBA Zone 4 Meeting on January 30, 2017. 4
ASBA Strategic Plan Survey The Board of Trustees held a generative discussion on the ASBA Strategic Plan Survey and decided not to complete the survey as there has been little change.
