EARLY INTERVENTION IN PSYCHOSIS TEAM STUDENT PRE-PLACEMENT PORTFOLIO SPECIALITY An early intervention service for young people aged 14 35. NAMED CONTACTS Sarah Barnard, Clinical Lead Contact Telephone No: 0191 5410061 Students are expected to contact the above by telephone or letter prior to start of placement. On the first day of placement students should report to the nominated mentor / practice teacher. PARKING There is currently no free parking facility at Monkwearmouth Hospital. Students are advised to obtain a NTW parking permit. SECURITY Students will be expected to carry their student identification badges with them whilst on duty. CATERING There is a canteen on site and also a kitchen with kettle, microwave and fridge. WORKING HOURS Monday to Friday 9.00 am 5.00 pm, with scope for flexibility as necessary.
