Annville-Cleona THON 2017 Craft Show to benefit The Four Diamonds Fund We are very happy to announce and accept reservations for our 4 th Annual Holiday Craft Show. The Craft Show will be held at the Annville-Cleona High School (500 South White Oak Street, Annville, PA 17003) on: Saturday, November 11, 2017 from 9:00 a.m.- 3:00 p.m. The public will pay a small entrance fee of $1.00 per person, and all of the proceeds from craft vendor registration will benefit The Four Diamonds Fund, based out of Penn State Children's Hospital that assists families whose children battle cancer. Craft Show registrations must be returned to ACHS by Friday, October 31st (3:00 p.m.) in order to be included in the event. A booth space will consist of a donation to The Four Diamonds Fund (see attached rates). Booth spaces are approximately 9 wide by 4 deep (to accommodate the flow of traffic in the hallways). You should plan to provide your own table/chairs as none will be available. Any displays must be free standing and no taller than approximately 8. A separate vendor's room will be available throughout the day with complimentary coffee, water, and light snacks. A concession stand will be available for food to purchase. To apply, complete both the registration form and the signed exhibitor's agreement with payment. Make checks payable to "Annville Cleona School District." Note that these deposits are non-refundable. Annville-Cleona High School 2017 Craft Show to benefit The Four Diamonds Fund Exhibitor s Agreement: All exhibits must be in place by Saturday at 8:30 a.m. Note that setting up the night before will not be possible due to other events being held in the building. The school will open on Saturday, November 11 th at 6:00 a.m. for vendors to gain access. Exhibits must be open and staffed during all show hours. All exhibit structures must be removed by 4:30 p.m. on Saturday. Exhibitor will check in at the Exhibitor Registration Desk upon entering the high school in order to receive booth space information (if not already provided via email). Exhibitor agrees to confine all display and selling activity within the assigned booth space, refraining from placing signs and goods or other materials within or over public aisle space, vendor aisle space, or in other vendors space. Exhibitor agrees to abide by all applicable laws, ordinances, and regulations pertaining to health, fire prevention, and public safety. Exhibitor agrees to maintain the dignity and integrity of the event. Representatives of the school district reserve the right to ask any exhibitor to leave show if not acting in the best interest of the event. Exhibitor agrees that registration fee is non-refundable.
