Organizational Grant Application History Founded by brothers Luke and Matt Bonner in early 2013, Rock On Foundation (ROF) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that serves to increase community artistic and athletic opportunities. In the past, ROF has provided funds to support: -Municipal public basketball court renovations. -Community music school financial aid programs. -Development of an after school art program. -Life skills basketball camps for underprivileged youth. -Police Activities Leagues. Grant requests should not exceed $5,000. Grants are distributed based on Rock On's available funds. Eligibility To be eligible for a grant from ROF, all organizations must have 501(c)(3) nonprofit status from the Internal Revenue Service and be based in the state of New Hampshire. Municipalities are also welcome to apply. Funding requests must serve to increase community athletic or artistic opportunities. ROF does not discriminate based on age, gender, or level of ability, but does require applicants to demonstrate true financial need for their request. ROF's Grants Committee complies with ROF's Anti-Discrimination and Anti-Harassment Guide, and its Conflict of Interest bylaws. Grant Deadlines Grant applications are reviewed on an annual basis. Grants are accepted starting February 1. The deadline for grant submission is 11:59 PM ET April 5. Completed applications must be received by the above deadlines in order to be reviewed in that grant cycle. Terms, Conditions and Release By applying for an organizational grant from the Rock On Foundation, you hereby agree to the following terms and conditions. The Rock On Foundation stipulates that: A. Grant amounts and selections will be decided by the appointed Grants Committee. The Grants Committee will comply with Rock On Foundation s Anti-Discrimination and Anti-Harassment Guide, and its Conflict of Interest bylaws. B. Applications not submitted by the deadline or in a form that is required by this contest will not be considered eligible for a grant. Further, should your organization receive a grant from Rock On Foundation, you agree to grant Rock On Foundation a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty free, perpetual license to A. Use mention of your organization and programs in publications in connection with the Rock On Foundation. B. Use mention of your organization and programs elsewhere in association with reporting of the Rock On Foundation. C. Rock On Foundation may also use mention of your organization and programs in other promotional and advertising material in support of its non-profit objective of increasing the presence of, and opportunities in, the arts and athletics. Such use includes, on the Rock On Foundation website, social media platforms, and possible brochures and other promotional materials. You also agree that: A. The Rock On Foundation reserves the right to reject any application without showing cause (in which case, Rock On Foundation may not use that submission for any purpose without the specific separate permission of the artist). B. Rock On Foundation reserves the right to extend the application deadline if need be. C. This Agreement may not be amended except by written agreement between the parties.
