Appeals & Complaints Procedure: If you have any issues with any of our services, please let a member of staff know so we can resolve the problem as quickly as possible. If we cannot resolve your problem or you would like to make a complaint, please follow the steps below. Stage 1 (Informal Complaint): Ø Please email info@ctcbritain.com - We will respond or meet with you as soon as we can within 3 working days. Ø Stage 2 (Formal Complaint): Ø If the problem has not been resolved to your satisfaction, please write a formal letter of complaint with more detailed information, address: Cambridge Training College, Britain, Complaints Department 83 Baker Street London W1U 6AG Ø Stage 3 (Only for Vocational Training Complaints): For complaints and Appeals regarding any vocational training courses, see process below. Appeals for Assessments of Vocational Training: ctcbritain wants to hear about any concern or complaints that learners may have about any aspect of their programme. Any learner has the right to appeal if they disagree with any aspects of centre practice or any assessment decision at any stage of the process. Appeals against centre practice or the decision of an assessor must be sent to info@ctcbritain.com within 1 month of the event. Learner to request further clarification from the assessor in writing. The assessor will respond within 2 working weeks. If decision is still in dispute: Learner to inform Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) of intention to appeal in writing stating reasons within a further 2 weeks. IQA will re- assess the evidence and provide written feedback of decision If IQA upholds original decision and decision is still in dispute, Learner can appeal in writing to the External Quality Assurer (EQA) within 1 month EQA will investigate appeal and inform candidate of decision in writing This process can continue with an appeal to Regional Quality Assurer; the final level of appeal is to the National Verifier. Their decision is final.

Refund Policy: If a course is cancelled by ctcbritain a full refund will become due, refunds should be requested via email to info@ctcbritain.com If a course is cancelled by the attendee, no refund will be due. If an individual customer is unable to attend on the scheduled course date reserved, the customer should notify ctcbritain at least 3 business days in advance. If they do so, we will agree and reschedule the course date with the customer for any course date in the next 6 months, subject to availability. If a customer fails to notify ctcbritain in advance of inability to attend on the course date reserved 3 business days before the course start date, then a rescheduling fee will apply. Rescheduling Fees: For requests received 5 business days or more in advance of the scheduled date of the course, a charge of 50 is payable for rescheduling. For notification given less than 2 business days inclusive before the course date, a charge of 100 per course will be charged to reschedule. If a course is rescheduled due to insufficient identification documents a fee of 100 will be charged. If you fail to notify of non- attendance, a new course will have to be booked and full payment will be due. In the event of non- attendance where payment has been received, there shall be no refund and in the event of non- attendance where the fee has not been received, the fee will remain due and payable. Ctcbritain complies with the law and operates the following refund policy in respect of the cancellation of individual course bookings. Course cancelled by the customer - no refund will be due. We operate a "no refunds" and "no cancellation" policy for our discounted courses offered on the day. If a course is run exclusively for a corporate customer - at a training providers premises, on a customer site or any other alternative venue - the same refund terms apply in the event of cancellation, but an alternative course date can be arranged by agreement.
