Early Action Program What is it? Represents first five years of SFTP transportation investments Uses the Prop K half-cent local transportation sales tax as seed money Leverages federal, state, regional and other local funds making each dollar go much further Advances SFTP policies (e.g. follow the paving) Authority Board can concurrently adopt the SFTP and Early Action Program in December 2013 SAN FRANCISCO COUNTY TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY 18
