Community Impact Why become a Community Partner? The most enjoyable parts of being a Community Partner are the electronic submissions, the speedy responses from HHSC, and the smiles and expressions of joy and relief when clients find they have been accepted or successfully renewed in a program - Epiphany Community Health Outreach Services We have more one-on-one time with the clients than we normally would get just talking to them on the phone. Often we also assist clients with additional benefits, such as, Harris Health Financial Assistance and MAM assistance and provide referrals to other community resources. - Memorial Assistance Ministries I love the applications coming in from Partners. They are complete, they provide documents they are usually the easiest applications to process, same day. To get clients to open up and fill out information online is the tough work. Application assistance makes you feel so much more comfortable. Joseph Cantu, HHSC
