RULES FOR THE THE NEW MEXICO LOTTERY MY REWARDS PROGRAM The New Mexico Lottery Authority () will conduct the New Mexico program under the revised rules provided in this document. The following program will run from August 1, through June 30,. 1. ENTRY A. To be eligible to enter the program, an entrant must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and submit an eligible entry. B. Players must create a free account to submit an entry. Players must enter their first and last name (initials not accepted), street address (including city, state, and zip code), best contact telephone number(s) and email address, confirmation that they are at least eighteen (18) years of age, and agree to the Terms and Conditions of. C. An ENTRY must be entered by clicking on the link at www.nmlottery.com or by using the NM Lottery Official Mobile App. Mail-in Entries will not be accepted for entry and will not be returned to the sender. D. An Eligible Entry (ENTRY) is limited to any non-winning INSTANT (SCRATCHER) ticket or a winning or non-winning ticket from the eligible Draw Games (currently, Roadrunner Cash or Pick 3). 1. Instant tickets may not be entered after the Last Day to Claim a prize for that game. 2. The Draw Game tickets from Roadrunner Cash or Pick 3 must be entered within ninety (90) days after the last draw date on the ticket, or the last day to enter the program, whichever comes first. E. For INSTANT TICKET(SCRATCHERS ) ENTRIES, players must enter the three-digit game number (GGG), six-digit pack number (PPPPPP), the three-digit ticket number (TTT), the eight-digit encrypted validation number/prizes code (VVVVVVVV), and two-digit check code (CC); or use the NM Lottery Official Mobile App to scan the barcode printed in the play area under the latex scratch surface. Players will receive the number of ENTRIES based on the price point of the INSTANT (SCRATCHER) ticket. F. For DRAW TICKET ENTRIES (Roadrunner Cash and Pick 3), players must enter the twenty (20) digit My Rewards Code printed on the front of the ticket or use the NM Lottery Official Mobile App to scan the barcode printed on the bottom of the front of the Roadrunner Cash or Pick 3 ticket. The number of ENTRIES awarded will be based on the ticket price of the Roadrunner Cash or Pick 3 ticket. Eligible INSTANT game tickets and DRAW Game tickets from Roadrunner Cash or Pick 3 will hereafter be referred to as ENTRY /ENTRIES. 1
H. Players will have the option to enter their tickets into three different prize tier Buckets. I. Bucket I will offer the Top-Tier Prizes; Bucket II, Mid-Tier Prizes; and Bucket III, Low-Tier Prizes. Bucket Prize descriptions will be on the website or app. J. Players will have to select a Bucket each time they enter a ticket. Entries may only be entered into one of the three buckets. K. If a player does not select a Bucket for their ENTRIES, the default Bucket for their entries will be Bucket I, Top-Tier Prizes. L. If a player does not sign in by September 1,, their points from the existing Point & Rewards program will automatically rollover into ENTRIES in the program Top-Tier Prize (Bucket I) Drawing on Thursday October 4,. (Points will be converted to entries on a 1:1 ratio to the new program.) M. Players are not required to retain the ENTRY tickets entered for verification. N. Tickets can only be entered into one (1) time. O. Periodic added value features maybe added to games during the program. These features may be advertised at the s discretion. P. All required information must be submitted for the ENTRY to be eligible. Once the electronic entry system accepts the required ticket information, the same ticket information will not be accepted a second time for the duration of the program. The is not responsible for mis-delivery, late delivery, or the failure of receipt of any required information, regardless of the cause of the failure of transmission. Q. ENTRIES that fail to provide the required information will be disqualified. R. ENTRIES submitted after the monthly deadline for a selected Bucket drawing will be entered in the next drawing for that Bucket, if a draw remains. S. ENTRIES submitted after the deadline for the final draw will be discarded. 2. DRAWINGS A. ENTRIES must be received no later than 11:59:59 PM MT on the entry deadline dates listed below. An ENTRY submitted during a respective entry period is only eligible for the corresponding Draw Date and an ENTRY does not carry forward as an ENTRY in a subsequent Draw. B. The administrator of the program (Scientific Games) will post a spreadsheet for each Bucket on the SFTP site within forty-eight hours after the entry deadline, or as soon as practical. Each Bucket spreadsheet will contain the entire list of entries, for each Bucket, submitted for the entry period. B. The pre-approved Promotional Drawing Procedures will be utilized for the drawing. C. The Security Drawing Representative will conduct each Bucket drawing according to the Draw Schedule, or as soon as practical, to select the prizewinners and alternates. D. The Internal Auditor may witness the drawing. 4. SCIENTIFIC GAMES DRAWING PROCEDURES A. Scientific Games will conduct designated drawings according to the Scientific Games - New Mexico Lottery Authority Generic Second Chance Drawing Procedures. B. Security will have the selected entry information reviewed by an Security staff member prior to disseminating the information. B. Security will forward the reviewed information of the selected Member's ENTRY to the Department of Gaming Products and Advertising & Marketing as soon as practical. C. The selected Member will be notified using their email address on file. In addition to the email, the may attempt to notify the selected Member by phone (if a phone number is available). D. The selected Member has five (5) business days from the initial notification to return the Claim Form for verification. E. If the selected Member does not return the completed Claim Form within five (5) business days from the date of notification, he/she will forfeit the prize. The first alternate will be contacted and the same process will be followed. Once the decision to proceed with an alternate is made, the person who was previously selected as the winner is no longer entitled to the prize and is not entitled to relief. F. The assumes no responsibility for incorrect addresses, mis-delivery, late delivery, or failure of delivery for any reason for any item(s) sent pursuant to this paragraph by either the or the winner, regardless of fault. When a Member submits a signed Claim Form for verification he/she will receive the W-2G tax form for the cash prize and/or the fair market value of the merchandise or trip prize if it is valued over six hundred-dollars ($600.00). F. Federal and state taxes will be withheld on any prizes five thousand and one dollars ($5,001) and higher. G. By submitting a ticket, an entrant is bound by the official rules of the program. H. The may use, without limitation, an entrant s hometown, name, likeness, voice, photos, and/or video in any promotion, research, marketing, publications or other advertising media to promote the New Mexico Lottery. I. The odds of being selected or not being selected in any of these Drawings depend on the number of entries submitted for each of the draws. J. The reserves the right to assign a designee(s) to perform the responsibilities of parties specifically assigned duties within these rules. K. The New Mexico Lottery Act and the Program Rules shall govern this program. In the event of a conflict among these documents, the New Mexico Lottery Act shall prevail. 5
