Introducing Conscious Collections @ PROJECT WOMENS, a destination for making.a.difference. The Accessories Council Showcase will be a juried space shared by 7 Accessories Council members. Each exhibitor will be provided with a 42 x 30 table for display and 2 chairs. Once confirmed as a participant, the Accessories Council will work with you to ensure you make the most of your tradeshow experience by offering a mentoring and prep session leading up to the event and brand promotion on our channels before and during the show. CRITERIA & RESTRICTIONS The Accessories Council Showcase will be a shared space of 7 exhibitors. Participating exhibitors must be current Accessories Council members. Participating exhibitors are responsible for staffing their tables throughout the duration of the show. (Each brand will receive no more than 2 badges) Exhibitors are responsible for all travel costs and related expenses. Once your application has been accepted you have 7 days to send payment or your space will be forfeited PROJECT WOMENS requests a screening process for all new exhibitors, details on page 3. All potential exhibitors MUST fill out the additional application form provided by PROJECT in order for consideration. NEW EXHIBITOR SCREENING INFORMATION PROJECT WOMENS asks all new exhibitors to screen as they are a juried show. To screen, please see attached application and instructions below: -All screenings are held once a week on Thursdays -Submit your application which consists of: The written application. Four to six samples, these should be from the current season. If they are not available, last season s samples can be submitted. Color pictures of either the same samples sent or current items from the collection. Press materials, line sheets, look books, buyer recommendations and other materials may be submitted in addition to the samples. If you need these items returned to you, please check the appropriate box on the shipping form.
