Login to InstyMeds Go to the InstyMeds Web site at: http://webinstymeds.com Enter Username Enter Password Click Login button Click on Reports 2
Select the desired report. Click Go. Report options: Dispense Log (page 4): Provides the total number of dispenses (as well as failed dispenses). Special Plan Summary (page 5): For sites that do Compassionate Care. Nurse Order Entry Log (page 6): The utilization from nurses entering prescription orders on behalf of the prescriber. Utilization By Site (page 7): A list of all medications dispensed. Utilization By Prescriber (page 8): A list of all medications, sorted by prescriber, as well as the total number of dispenses per prescriber. Site Inventory (page 9): The current inventory, sorted by All Drugs or Controlled, within the InstyMeds dispenser and what s in transit. Shipment History (page 10): Allows you to print historical shipment packing slips. Formulary Price List (page 11): The retail cash price of medications on your formulary. Dispenser Restock (page 12): Shows if any medications need to be restocked into the InstyMeds dispenser. To print any of these reports, see instructions on page 1 Also have the option to export reports into an Excel Spreadsheet. 3
Dispense Log Provides the total number of dispenses (as well as failed dispenses). Select date range for report Select which medications (select all options if you want to see all medications) Select Status 4. Click Generate Report 4. Sample Dispense Log Report: Lists out each transaction and provides a summary at the bottom of the report. 4 Indicates the number of dispenses the site has had within the date range specified.
Special Plan Summary A Compassionate Care Log Note: This report will only generate data if your facility has selected to provide Compassionate Care to patients. Select your start date Select your end date Click Generate Report Sample Special Plan Summary Report: Lists each transaction. 5
Nurse Order Entry Log Utilization from nurses entering prescription orders on behalf of the prescriber. Select your date range Select which medications (select all options if you want to see all medications) Select status 4. Click Generate Report 4. Note: This report will only generate data if your facility has nurse order entry Sample Nurse Order Entry Log : Shows each order entered and by which nurse. 6
Utilization by Site A list of all medications dispensed. Select your date range Select the clinic Click Generate Report Sample Utilization by Site Report: Lists the amount a certain medication was dispensed with the date range specified. Useful to keep your formulary up-to-date. Provides the total number of dispenses at the end. 7
Utilization by Prescriber A list of all medications, sorted by prescriber, as well as the total number of dispenses per prescriber. Select your date range Select if you want a summary instead of the detailed report Click Generate Report Sample Utilization by Prescriber a detailed report: Sample Utilization by Prescriber a summary: This doctor dispensed 59 medications. 8

Shipment History The Shipment History will allow you to print historical shipment packing slips. Select the dispenser location Select your date range Click Generate Report Sample Shipment History Report: Click Shipment details on report to see what was delivered. Details of a specific shipment. 10
Formulary Price List The retail cash price of medications on your formulary. Note: Report does not represent real-time inventory. Use the Site Inventory report (page 9) to view current inventory in the InstyMeds dispenser. Select the clinic location Click Generate Report Sample Formulary Price List : Same retail price as a pharmacy. 11
Dispenser Restock Shows if any medications need to be restocked into the InstyMeds dispenser. Select the dispenser location Click Get Report Sample Dispenser Restock Report: Note: If dispenser has empty magazines, they will be listed on this report. If report is blank, the dispenser does not need to be restocked at this time. See page 13 for instructions on printing reports 12
