The project will develop methodologies to gather, measure and analyse data on open innovation. The project will then carry out practical testing of methodologies and indicators to describe the importance and characteristics of open innovation across countries, industrial sectors, firm size and develop recommendations for their further use. EU Funding Science Parks H2020-INNOSUP-2015-5 Peer learning of Innovation Agencies 16 th Dec 2014 In a collaborative exercise the PRO-INNO Europe 'INNO-Partnering Forum' (IPF, 2009-2012) has developed two important methodologies : a quality management system implemented through a peer review system based on the EFQM methodology and a 'twinning+' methodology that combines elements of traditional peer reviews and twinning in small learning groups of interested agencies. The proposed activities will provide incentives in the form of small lump sum grants to national and regional innovation agencies for engaging in peer learning on all topics relevant for design and delivery of innovation support programmes for SMEs.
