Erasmus for young entrepreneurs Success story by Hristina Dimitrova New entrepreneur Name & surname: Hristina Dimitrova Country: Bulgaria Age: 23 Status: New Entrepreneur Sector: Consulting services on European funding programs and investment process at renewable energy Name of business / website: Business Innovaions - www.business-innovations.eu Picture: please add picture of NE in separate JPEG file: see below Host entrepreneur Name & surname: Simone Santi Country: Italy Age: 42 Experience (years): 18 Sector: Consulting and internationalization services, start-up and interim management Name of business / website: http://www.leonardobc.com/ Picture: please add picture of HE in separate JPEG: file see below Details of exchange Period of exchange - from: 22.10.2012 until: 19.12.2012 Duration of exchange: 2 months Brief introduction: The HE Leonardo Business Consulting offers various internationalization services, such as market analysis, research and acquisition of partners, start-up and interim management, due diligence and legal assistance to national and international companies since 2001. The NE Business Innovations offers consulting services on European funding programs and investment process at renewable energy to national companies since 2010. The collaboration between both companies started because we met common interests and we had common motivation to participate at EYE, that is to develop international contacts and business networks. We achieved more than we were expecting we organized successful and sustainable partnership and now we are planning our future collaboration.

Activities undertaken: The undertaken activities were oriented to development transcontinental projects, organizing transcontinental partnerships and developing Bulgarian-Italian public and private commercial relations. Benefits achieved: We developed and submitted one project of ACP- EU Support Programme for the ACP Cultural Sector. Also we are developing another one project of ACP-EU Cooperation Programme in Science and Technology. We established transcontinental partnership between Italy, Bulgaria, Mozambique, Ghana and Cameroon. We are organized two meetings at Ministry of Economic Development and ICE - Istituto nazionale per il Commercio Estero and we got in touch with Italian companies, operating in Bulgaria. The most sustainable element of our collaboration is signed Memorandum of Understanding between NE and HE. New Entrepreneur's quotation regarding the experience: ( max. 300 characters) My main objectives were to meet new business mentor at an international level, to develop new commercial relations and to find out new opportunities in another country, to learn how to run a small and medium-sized enterprise on the European model. I had an opportunity to meet all of these objectives, because I spent a lot of time with successful entrepreneur who showed me different view point of managing SME. Even more we organized a lot of practical business initiatives, for example preparing projects and organizing business meetings. Host Entrepreneur's quotation regarding the experience: ( max. 300 characters) We believe the experience has been profitable for us both. In spite of her personal job experience, Hristina has demonstrated an extreme tension to learning, being able to understand in the best way even eventual critical criticism from us and other misunderstanding situations, topics of freely exchanging relationship. The most important thing is that we all truly believe in the relationship and benefit future sustainability, as we and Hristina signed with mutual satisfaction into the Memorandum of understanding. Picture: Please add picture of NE + HE together in separate JPEG file

I grant Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs Support Office and Prodest the right to use my story in its publications.
