E- poster guidelines This year we will be trialling e- posters which will be displayed on screens at the Wellcome Trust over coffee/lunch. To enter: Email your abstract to alice.ashby1@nhs.net with the subject reference your name TNNC 2016. Attach your abstract as a Word document. Use single- spaced, font size 10 using text only. The abstract should not exceed 400 words qnd should clearly state the aims, methods and results of the study. Do not include any bibliographic references, graphs, tables or appendices. Include the following information in your email message: name of main presenting author, and email address, name of author s work organisation ** The deadline for abstract submissions is the Friday 21 st October 2016 ** If your abstract is accepted for e- poster presentation at the meeting, you will be notified by the 24 th October 2016, Please email your poster as a Power Point slide to alice.ashby@nhs.net by the Wednesday 16 th November 2016 with the subject reference your name TNNC 2016. Your e- poster should include a title, the author(s) and their affiliations, introduction, methods, results and discussion/conclusions. Your e- poster will be made available online to all delegates as a PDF and your consent for this will be assumed by entry.
