The checklist also covers regulations issued by the NJLWD under N.J.A.C. 12:110.5, the New Jersey Department of Education (NJDOE), Office of Career and Technical Education (CTE) under N.J.A.C. 6A:19-7 and 19-10.3 (last updated October, 2013), and the New Jersey Department of Health (NJDOH) under N.J.A.C. 8:57-3.2.
