Pine Ridge High School would like to thank the City of Deltona for your very generous monetary donation/grant to our PRHS Career Technical Ed Healthcare Academy. The funds will be used towards classroom renovations and new programs. Thank you! CONGRATULATIONS CROSS COUNTRY Congratulations to Christina Vega for her win at the Cross Country Quad Meet on 9/20/17! WTG! Also congratulations to Kortnee Powers 3rd place, Rachel Matteson 7th place and Maddy O'Neal 15th place. There were 60 girls total between 3 schools. Go Panthers! CONGRATULATIONS PRHS FRESHMAN EMANI TAYLOR Emani was the Superintendent's Summer Academic Challenge Winner. She accepted the challenge and worked on math all summer. Monday, October 16th, originally a teacher duty day/student holiday has been established as a hurricane make up day. Students are expected to report to school that day. Also, the three early release Wednesdays in December, 12/6, 12/13 and 12/20 will now be regular school days! The Panther Learning Center (PLC) will be open on Tuesdays and Thursday during lunch in room 4-031 and Tuesday and Thursdays after school, from 2:45 PM 3:30 PM. The PLC offers a variety of learning opportunities including tutoring, test prep, Financial Aid information and so much more. Save the Date - Saturday, October 14, 2017 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM Dewey Booster Sia Brain Awareness Foundation (in honor of former PRHS Student, Sia Christine Yorker who passed away unexpectedly in 2011) offers a scholarship to a graduating senior. They are holding a 5K Fundraiser on Saturday, October 14th at Dewey Booster Park in Deltona.
