Communications Contest The County Communications contest was held last month with 56 youth participating this year! We are so excited that each of you came out and did your absolute best! Of those contestants a record 23 off them have qualified to move on to the Bluegrass Area Communications Contest. We wish the very best luck to each Estill County 4-H er who will be moving on to the next level of competition!
