Graduate Students-All Colleges Students pursuing a graduate degree at any eligible college (tribal or non-tribal) may apply for The American Indian College Fund Full Circle Scholarships. These scholarships are funded through our partnerships with corporate and private donors. These scholarships are administered by the American Indian College Fund and are generally based upon merit or demonstrated financial need.
