Here s hoping that everyone had a wonderful Christmas and New Year. To Wrap-Up 2015: The Little-Kiddies all enjoyed another Breakfast with Santa, the Bigger-Kids Whooped it up for the Army-Navy Game & also enjoyed the annual Legion Christmas Party. Also, many thanks to all that helped with delivering Poinsettias to very appreciative deceased member families. ** All of these were great successes as usual thanks to the support of our members at Post 1450. Everything we do here takes a lot of people to make it happen and I thank each and every one of you who participate in the work load. Volunteering is always Fun, so if you haven t played at any work parties yet...why not make a New Year s resolution for 2016 to join in and help out. We appreciate each and every one of you. We had another great year at our Post. Every year we try to do a few improvements to keep our Post up to date. Come check out & enjoy the Game Room s fresh new look!!!! And oh ya, Trivia is always a fun night. So, if you haven t joined in yet, stop by and give it a try. ** You re guaranteed to have lots of laughs and a really fun night. Solely through the efforts of all the dedicated men and women of our great Post 1450, once again this year, we have donated Way Over $15,000 to local and national charities. ** You can All be Justifiably-Proud of your Post and all that you do!!! These scholarships are awarded for American Studies. Listed below are the 4 (Four) ways to Qualify: 1. Shenendehowa High School Senior who is a U.S. Citizen. ** One $1,000 & One $500 Scholarship available. 2. Shenendehowa High School Senior who is the Child or Grandchild of a Veteran of the U.S. Armed Forces. ** One $1,000 & One $500 Scholarship available. 3. Any High School Senior outside the Shenendehowa School District who is the Child or Grandchild of a Member in Good-Standing of Post-1450, Auxiliary Unit- 1450, or SAL Squadron-1450. **One $1,000 Scholarship. 4.
