Sharing good practice as part of training event Meetings with NT NHSE safety will share so that incidents and near misses can be included in education development, meetings now attended. Needs to be kept up to date and link to Practice Nurse website as it morphs to CEPN. Translate incidents into learning

Map education and Building database of what is training including e- available learning that is currently available to General Practice staff in Cornwall 2 2b. Accurately identify the need for funded CPD places, in terms of demand and personnel allocation. Recommendation 16: All education and training for HCAs in general practice must be aligned to the Royal College of General Practitioners (2015) Healthcare Assistants (General Practice) Competency Framework and the HEE District & General Practice NS HEE educator faclitator developing HCA pathway care certificate and apprenticeships.
